Technical Survey
Following the awarding of the contract, we conduct a site visit for a thorough measurement, photographic documentation, and analysis of existing conditions. Whenever applicable, we assess the surrounding area, physical, construction, and regulatory constraints, as well as infrastructure and elements relevant to the project's development.
At this stage, we also gather information about the client's use of the space, objectives, needs, preferences, and references, allowing us to establish a solid foundation for designing a functional, coherent, and tailored solution.
Prior Study
We develop the basic proposal for spatial organization and implementation, translating the functional program, objectives, and constraints of the project. We analyze the technical and regulatory feasibility and present solutions that allow for an understanding of the project's logic and support decision-making. The proposal is adjusted in collaboration with the client until the desired solution is validated.
Project
Based on the approved solution, we developed the Architectural Project, including drawings, a three-dimensional model, and the definition of the spatial organization, architectural image, and construction principles. This phase consolidates the solution technically and functionally, ensuring coherence, quality, and feasibility of execution.
Licensing
We prepare and submit the application to the relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations. We coordinate the necessary elements, monitor the process, and provide technical support until the respective urban planning permit is obtained.
Execution Project
We develop the detailed technical project for the work, including construction definition, detailing, compatibility with specialties, and specification of materials, systems, and equipment. We prepare technical drawings of fixed furniture and integrated elements, ensuring precision, construction rationalization, and cost control.
Materials and Tasks Map
We have prepared a detailed list of materials, equipment, and labor, identifying brands, references, quantities, and providing a budget estimate. This document supports budgeting, proposal comparison, and financial control of the project.
